Live Release Entry Form

The Delaware Sport Fishing Tournament includes awards for catching and releasing eligible species. The Live Release Award is open to both adult and youth anglers.

The fish must be released immediately after measuring for length and must meet the minimum length for that species. An angler must make the catch in Delaware waters or off Delaware’s Atlantic coastline. A witness must verify the actual measurement and immediate release of the fish.

Entrants for the Live Release Awards must follow all the rules of the Tournament, as well as a set of additional rules for the Live Release Awards.

Anglers can use the form below, or complete and mail in a hard-copy form. All entries must be sent in within 30 days of the catch and release.

Please complete all of the fields on the form below. We need all of this information if we are going to give you credit for your catch.
