Low Emission Vehicle Program Comments



This page holds links to public comments received by the DNREC Division of Air Quality through the end of March 2023 regarding the proposal to amend the Delaware Low Emission Vehicle Program (7 Admin. Code 1140).

Public comments were received following two key stakeholder meetings in October and a series of five public workshops held in November and December. The comments listed below were received by the Division of Air Quality prior to April 1, 2023. Links are provided to each of the individual comments.

Comments made after April 1, 2023, should be made as part of Public Hearing Docket #2022-R-A-0011.

All comments will be considered by the cabinet secretary and will be submitted to the official public record at the public hearing on April 26th, 2023 at 6 p.m.

The proposal would update the adoption by reference of California’s Advance Clean Car II (ACC II) low emission vehicle and greenhouse gas standards and add the requirements for zero emitting vehicles for model year 2027 and beyond.
