Operating Permit for Jellystone Campground (6/26/2024) - Bluewater Development Delaware Jellystone Beaches has submitted a renewal application for an Operating Permit for an On-site Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System for the Delaware Beaches Jellystone Campground.
Before the Environmental Appeals Board of the State of Delaware: Appeal No. 2024-02 (6/26/2024) - The Environmental Appeals Board has scheduled a hearing on a motion to dismiss an appeal filed by Veteran’s Services and Clean and Fresh Environmental Services.
