A calendar of DNREC public hearings, community meetings and workshops and meetings of the various boards, councils, committees and task forces that advise the Department. DNREC public meetings are published on the state Public Meeting Calendar, as required by law, and on the DNREC Calendar of Events.
DNREC public meetings may be in-person, held using available collaboration tools (Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, etc.) or as hybrid meetings, with both in-person and virtual options.
This calendar is presented as a list of upcoming events (below) and as a month-to-month calendar grid.

A meeting to discuss clean water, drinking water, and stormwater issues.
Tuesday, September 22, 2026 - Water Supply Coordinating Council Drought Advisory Subcommittee
Meeting of the state’s Drought Advisory Subcommittee.
Tuesday, September 22, 2026 - Public Hearing: Proposed State Implementation Plan Revision for Ozone
The Division of Air Quality will conduct a public hearing (Docket #2025-R-A-0015) on a proposed State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision. Public comment period open through Oct. 7, 2026.
Wednesday, September 23, 2026 - Public Hearing: Proposed Regulation for Waivers of Net Metering Limits for Agricultural Use Customers
The Division of Climate, Coastal and Energy will conduct a public hearing (Docket #2025-R-CCE-0001) to consider public comments on a proposed new regulation for waivers of net metering limits for agricultural users. Public comment period open through Oct. 8, 2026.
