This office has under consideration the applications of:
David Cummings – To utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal at 61 Anchor Road, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE.
William Yemc and Karen Pascale – To modify an existing docking facility in Little Assawoman Bay at 1010 North Schulz Road, Fenwick Island, Sussex County, DE.
David A. Lehman – To modify an existing docking facility in Dirickson Creek at 36435 Rodney Avenue, Selbyville, Sussex County, DE.
Gander Hill Poultry Farm, Inc. – To install scour protection in an unnamed tributary of Noxontown Lake at the terminus of Langshaw Lane, Townsend, New Castle County, DE.
Zene and Danielle Farhat – To construct a docking facility in an unnamed tributary of White Creek at 1 Tingle Street, Ocean View, Sussex County, DE.
Bay Colony Marina Slip Owners Association – To conduct maintenance dredging in Indian River Bay at 29664 Colony Drive, Dagsboro, DE.
Murray and Tamara Oltman – To install a riprap revetment for shoreline stabilization along Dirickson Creek at 36490 Old Mill Bridge Road, Frankford, Sussex County, DE.
Edward Ghabour – To utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in the Broadkill River off of Graves Farm Road near Broadkill Beach, Milton, Sussex County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
