Poster Exhibition



The DNERR Research and Stewardship Symposium poster exhibition will showcase research projects that are underway or have been completed in conjunction with DNERR research or stewardship programs.

Posters will be available for viewing throughout the duration of the first day of the 2026 DNERR Research and Stewardship Symposium, at the St. Jones Reserve in Dover, with a designated 30-minute exhibition time prior to lunch. Presenters are encouraged to be in attendance to stand by their posters during the exhibition time.

Poster Applications

Applicants who wish to display a poster must comply with the guidelines below and complete the online application (below) by Sept. 4, 2026. Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis with responses provided within two weeks of submission.

Poster Guidelines

Content

Poster content must include a research project that is underway or has been completed in conjunction with DNERR research, wildlife, habitat and/or staff. Posters that do not contain any of these criteria will not be considered for display.

Size

The poster must fit on a 3 ft. x 4 ft. board. An easel, board and clips will be provided.

Attendance

Attendance during the symposium is encouraged. There will be a designated poster session for poster presenters to engage with symposium participants. Presenters are expected to stand with their posters during the poster session.

Poster Delivery

Posters must be delivered to the St. Jones Reserve by no later than 9 a.m. on Sept. 22, 2026 (the day of the symposium). Posters may be mailed to or delivered by appointment to the St. Jones Reserve prior to Sept. 22, 2026.
