Wednesday, December 6, 2023 - Public Hearing: Croda Inc. Federally Enforceable 7 DE Admin. Code 1102 Applications
The Division of Air Quality will conduct a public hearing (Docket #2023-P-A-0019) on applications by Croda, Inc., for construction permits for their facility at 315 Cherry Lane, in New Castle. Public comment period open through Dec. 29, 2023.
The DNREC Division of Air Quality will hold two public hearings (Dockets #2023-R-A-0016 and #2023-R-A-0017) on a Moderate Non-Attainment Plan for New Castle County for Ozone and Basic Inspection & Maintenance Performance Standard Certification For New Castle County. Tuesday, November 7, 2023 - Public Hearing: Noramco Inc. Application for Natural Minor Construction Permit
The Division of Air Quality, will conduct a public hearing (Docket #2023-P-A-0018) on an application by Noramco, inc., to install a new vacuum pump and add a new production line at their Swedes Landing Road facility in New Castle County. Public comment period closed.
