Tuesday, November 7, 2023 - Public Hearing: Noramco Inc. Application for Natural Minor Construction Permit
The Division of Air Quality, will conduct a public hearing (Docket #2023-P-A-0018) on an application by Noramco, inc., to install a new vacuum pump and add a new production line at their Swedes Landing Road facility in New Castle County. Public comment period closed.
Wednesday, April 26, 2023 - Public Hearing: Low Emission Vehicle Program
The DNREC Division of Air Quality will hold a public hearing (Docket #2022-R-A-0011) regarding amendments to regulation 7 DE Admin. Code 1140 – Delaware’s Low Emission Vehicle Program. Public comment period closed.
Wednesday, October 26, 2022 - Public Hearing: Bioenergy Innovation Center Project
The DNREC Divisions of Water, Air Quality and Waste and Hazardous Substances will hold a joint public hearing (Docket #2022-P-MULTI-0012) regarding applications for permits needed to expand the Bioenergy Innovation Center, in Seaford. Public comment period closed.
