PM Advance is a collaboration among the EPA, states, tribes, and local governments to encourage continued reductions of emissions of fine particulates to help meet the National Ambient Air Quality Standards.

In Delaware, the program focuses on implementing voluntary pollution reduction methods, investigating ambient air concentrations of particulate matter in Delaware communities, conducting outreach in communities impacted by particulate matter, and informing local community groups about funding related to particulate matter issues.
