The Division of Waste and Hazardous Substances maintains a list of environmental investigation and remediation consultants. This list is provided to the regulated community to help select an environmental consultant for the investigation and remediation of leaking underground and aboveground storage tank sites.

Inclusion on the list does not imply endorsement, recommendation or certification of the consultants by the Division. This list may be subject to modification, addition and/or deletion of consultants at any time without notice.

Add Your Company to the List

If you are interested in being placed on the next update to the environmental investigation and remediation consultants list, we require that your company submit a letter of request and provide the following documentation with the letter:

• Name of at least one professionally-licensed geologist or engineer
• Copy of license of staff professional geologist or engineer
• Copy of firm’s state of Delaware business license
• Brief description of two investigation and/or remedial projects performed in Delaware during the past two years
