The New Castle Co. Dept. Special Services has applied for reissuance of its National Pollutant Discharge System Permit to discharge treated wastewater from Middletown-Odessa-Townsend Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 810 Old Corbit Road, Odessa, New Castle County, Delaware, to the Appoquinimink River.


Water Allocation Permit Application: SB Jefferson Creek LLC

SB Jefferson Creek LLC has requested an allocation permit for one proposed irrigation well. The maximum daily withdrawal for the well is 172,800 gallons per day. The well is located west of South Bethany in Sussex County.
