Federal Consistency Certifications have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following:
ESNG Wrangle Hill Road Relocation Project (2020.0023)
Eastern Shore Natural Gas proposes the relocation of 2 natural gas pipelines totaling 3.2 miles in length along Wrangle Hill Road in Bear, New Castle County, DE. An existing 1.6 miles of 6-inch-diameter pipeline would be abandoned in place and replaced with 1.6 miles of 16-inch-diameter pipeline, and an additional 1.6 miles of existing10-inch-diameter pipeline would be abandoned in place and replaced with 1.6 miles of 16-inch pipeline along Wrangle Hill Road from the Norfolk Southern Railroad crossing to the intersection of State Route 1, Bear, New Castle County, DE.
