Proposed Plan of Remedial Action for the Riverhouse I Site (DE-1696)

Start Date: December 22, 2019
End Date: January 13, 2020

The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up the Riverhouse I Site located in Wilmington. The Site, with historic fill and former commercial operations, includes the requirements of a restriction on future use of groundwater at the Site and a containment remedy to eliminate the exposure of future Site users to existing Site soils.
