The Department invited public comment on a proposal to conduct remedial actions at the Osprey Point Subdivision Site located in Rehoboth Beach on December 8, 2019. The comment period concluded on December 30, 2019.  Due to the December holiday season, members of the public requested an extension of the comment period.  DNREC is granting an extension of the comment period on the Proposed Plan of Remedial Action until January 27, 2020.  The extended comment period will end at close of business (4:30 PM) on January 27, 2020.

The Site, once used as a golf course, requires a restriction on future use of groundwater at the Site.
