The applicant proposes construction of a 10-slip marina, consisting of a 120 foot by 4 foot pier, six 24 foot by 2 foot finger piers, two boat lifts, and 16 free standing mooring pilings in Herring Creek located at Sisters Lane on Tax Map Parcel #2-34-18.00-51.06 Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.
