Federal Consistency Certifications have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following:
Weaver Docking Facilities (2020.0024)
The property owner proposes the reconfiguration of docking facilities in the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal at 640 Pilottown Road, Lewes, Sussex County, DE. All existing structures will be removed, with the exception of a 12 by 5 foot walkway, and replaced with a 20 by 4 foot gangway, a 12 by 6 foot floating pier, and a 6 by 60 foot dock with 3 associated pilings.
DP&L Delaware City Proposed Gas Line (2020.0026)
The Delmarva Power & Light Company proposes the installation of an 8-inch diameter gas pipeline extending 800 feet from Second Street and Clinton Street, under the Delaware City Branch Canal, to north of Officers Row, New Castle County, DE utilizing horizontal directional drilling methods.
