Final Plan of Remedial Action for the 3022-3028 New Castle Avenue Site (Operable Unit-2) (DE-1577)

The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up Operable Unit 2 of the 3022-3028 New Castle Avenue Site located in New Castle. The Site, once used as a car sale and repair business required a groundwater restriction but not a soil remedy. 

DNREC issued public notice of the Proposed Plan of Remedial Action (Proposed Plan) for the Site on December 15, 2019 and opened a 20-day public comment period. There were no comments from the public; therefore, the Proposed Plan is adopted as the Final Plan.
