The On-Site Systems Advisory Board advises the Department on the groundwater discharges licensing program. The Board, created in the on-site systems regulations (7 DE Admin. Code, 7101), reviews and approves professional training requirements and courses and makes recommendations for licensing decisions by the Department.

The Board is charged with reviewing enforcement actions and makes recommendations for license suspension, revocation, or other potential disciplinary actions for Secretarial consideration.

Public Meetings

Meetings of the Board are open to the public. They are posted on the DNREC Calendar of Events and on the Delaware Public Meeting Calendar.

Board Members

The Board has 10 members, designated by the DNREC Secretary. They represent the various professions licensed for work related to on-site systems, including geologists, soil scientists, engineers, systems designers, contractors, inspectors, and waste haulers.

The Board includes representatives from DNREC and the US Department of Agriculture.
