Project Description: Queen Bee’s Septic LLC has applied to the Commercial and Government Services Section for a Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit, which allows for the transport of Septage and Holding Tank Waste to be disposed of at an out of state Wastewater Facility. The permit is designed to ensure the vehicle/container transporting non-hazardous liquid waste is operated and maintained in compliance with all state and federal regulations in a manner that is protective of public health and the environment. The permittee is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all vehicles operated under the permit.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on April 30, 2026. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
