Non-Discrimination Policy

This office has under consideration the applications of:

Fletcher Kenton – To construct a wetland walkway in state-regulated wetlands and to construct a docking facility in the Broadkill River, at the terminus of Graves Farm Road, Milton, Sussex County, DE.

CMF Cannon, LLC – To construct a minor marina, boat ramp and offshore breakwater in the Little Assawoman Bay, adjacent to Channel Watch Lane, Fenwick Island, Sussex County, DE.

Michael Filippone – To modify an existing wetland walkway and docking facility in the Lewes & Rehoboth Canal, at 6 Charles Mason Way, Lewes, Sussex County, DE.

Delaware Department of Transportation – To replace a bridge over Blackbird Creek, on Taylors Bridge Road, Townsend, New Castle County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
