The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Waste and Hazardous Substances, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from the following companies to transport regulated RCRA hazardous waste and/or non-hazardous solid waste in, out of, or through the state of Delaware:

• Central Jersey Wrecking & Recycling, Inc. (DE-SW-1747)
• CNT Trucking, LLC. (DE-SW-2038)
• Grady & Sons Excavation, LLC (DE-SW-1474)
• Lewis Enterprises, Inc. (DE-SW-1526)
• Plymouth Environmental Co., Inc. (DE-SW-0257)
• Teal Construction, Inc. (DE-SW-0198)
• TMP Services, LLC (DE-SW-1767)
• VLS Baltimore, LLC (DE-SW-2031)
• Waste Industries of Delaware, LLC dba Casella Waste (DE-SW-2041)

The permit application submitted by each applicant, other than that information determined to be non-public under DNREC rules may be reviewed at dnrec.delaware.gov/dnrec-public-notices.

A public hearing concerning the applications will not be held unless the Secretary of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control receives a request for such hearing within fifteen (15) days from the date of this notice, ending 10/20/2024. A request for a hearing shall be in writing and must show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the activity’s probable impact.
