In accordance with 29 Delaware Code, Section 10407, the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) will be conducting a review of the agency’s regulations that have not been amended in the last four years. To view a listing of regulations subject to this review, visit the DNREC website at dnrec.delaware.gov/regulatory-review/.
DNREC is seeking public comment as to whether or not the regulations subject to this review should be amended or possibly eliminated.
Three in-person public hearings (each lasting at least half an hour) will be held to receive verbal comments from the public:

DNREC will accept public comment through July 11, 2025. Written comments should be as specific as possible, including a reference to the relevant regulation, and may be submitted in any of three ways:
