The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) will conduct an in-person public hearing (Docket #2025-R-OTS-0010) to gather comments for a review of DNREC regulations. Comment period open through July 11, 2025.

In accordance with 29 Delaware Code, Section 10407, the Department is conducting a review of regulations that have not been amended in the last four years.

DNREC is seeking public comment as to whether or not the regulations subject to this review should be amended or possibly eliminated.

Comments will be accepted in-person, at any of three public hearings (each lasting at least half an hour) or in writing, as directed below.

• June 24, 2025, at 10 a.m. in Lewes
• June 25, 2025, at 10 a.m. in New Castle
• June 26, 2025, at 2 p.m. in Dover
