The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Waste and Hazardous Substances, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from the following companies to transport regulated RCRA hazardous waste and/or non-hazardous solid waste in, out of, or through the state of Delaware:

• A-1 Services General, LLC (DE-SW-1896)
• D.A. Nolt, Inc. (DE-SW-1273D)
• Get It Done, LLC (DE-SW-2120)
• Linwood Burbage (DE-SW-1753)
• Melvin L Joseph Construction Co., Inc. (DE-SW-0288)
• Stockley Materials LLC (DE-SW-1486)

The permit application submitted by each applicant, other than that information determined to be non-public under DNREC rules may be reviewed at dnrec.delaware.gov/dnrec-public-notices.

A public hearing concerning the applications will not be held unless the Secretary of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control receives a request for such hearing within fifteen (15) days from the date of this notice, ending 4/27/2025. A request for a hearing shall be in writing and must show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the activity’s probable impact.
