The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Waste and Hazardous Substances, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from the following companies to transport regulated RCRA hazardous waste and/or non-hazardous solid waste in, out of, or through the state of Delaware:

• AMS Waste Disposal Inc (DE-SW-1524)
• Cheap Trash (DE-SW-2045)
• DE Cavalho Corp. (DE-SW-1520)
• Garcia’s Tire Shop (DE-SW-2043)
• Geppert Bros Inc (DE-SW-0625D)
• J&K Trash Removal, Inc. (DE-SW-0492D)
• JM Transportation Inc. (DE-SW-1658)
• Red-e-bins Sussex, LLC (DE-SW-1944)

The permit application submitted by each applicant, other than that information determined to be non-public under DNREC rules may be reviewed at dnrec.delaware.gov/dnrec-public-notices.

A public hearing concerning the applications will not be held unless the Secretary of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control receives a request for such hearing within fifteen (15) days from the date of this notice, ending 1/26/2025. A request for a hearing shall be in writing and must show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the activity’s probable impact.
