The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), Division of Waste and Hazardous Substances, will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, January 14, 2027, beginning at 6:00 p.m. to consider comments from the public on the 7 DE Admin. Code 1376 – Regulations Governing Hazardous Substances Screening and Reporting Level Tables (Docket # 2024-R-WH-0006.)

The purpose of establishing this regulation is to codify screening and reporting level tables founded in guidance and used to implement the requirements of 7 Del.C. Ch. 91.
