The Division of Waste and Hazardous Substances will conduct a public hearing (Docket #2024-R-WH-0006) on proposed regulations to provide screening and reporting level values for hazardous substances. Public comment period open through Jan. 29, 2027.

The Division proposes establishing a new regulation, Regulations Governing Hazardous Substances Screening and Reporting Level Tables, as 7 DE Admin. Code 1376.

The purpose of establishing this regulation is to codify screening and reporting level tables founded in guidance and used to implement the requirements of 7 Del.C. Ch. 91.
