The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Waste and Hazardous Substances, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from the following companies to transport regulated RCRA hazardous waste and/or non-hazardous solid waste in, out of, or through the state of Delaware:

• Broadview Waste Solutions, Inc (DE-SW-1835)
• Cocco Contracting Corp. (DE-SW-1686)
• Dart Trucking Company Inc. (DE-HW-0169 and DE-SW-0169)
• Hopkins Construction, Inc. (DE-SW-0913)
• FF Junior Transportation LLC (DE-SW-1920)
• RJDJ Transport, LLC (DE-SW-2077)
• University of Delaware (DE-SW-0204)
• V&E Transport LLC (DE-SW-2079)

The permit application submitted by each applicant, other than that information determined to be non-public under DNREC rules may be reviewed at dnrec.delaware.gov/dnrec-public-notices.

A public hearing concerning the applications will not be held unless the Secretary of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control receives a request for such hearing within fifteen (15) days from the date of this notice, ending 8/11/2024. A request for a hearing shall be in writing and must show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the activity’s probable impact.
