Public Hearing: Atlantic Concrete Company, Inc.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Air Quality, will conduct a virtual public hearing (Docket# 2021-P-A-0005) on the natural minor construction permit application for Atlantic Concrete Company, Inc. Atlantic Concrete Company, Inc. has submitted an application to construct a new concrete manufacturing plant to replace two existing plants at their facility located at 16762 Old Orchard Road, Lewes. Should the permit be issued, the facility will be permitted to emit 0.40 TPY of PM10 by Permit# (APC-2021/0011-CONSTRUCTION).

Public Hearing

A virtual public hearing will be held on the application on Wednesday, May 12, 2021, beginning at 6 p.m.
