The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), Division of Air Quality, will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, beginning at 6:00 p.m. to consider comments from the public on the 7 DE Admin. Code 1102 construction permit from Noramco Inc. to install a new vacuum pump in Plant 3 and add a new production line for the manufacturing of two new products, “D8” and “D9”, at their 500 Swedes Landing Road, New Castle County facility by Permit: APC-2023/0086-CONSTRUCTION (VOC RACT). (Docket # 2023-P-A-0018.)

A Community Information Session will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 1113 E 7th St, Wilmington, DE 19801. A virtual listening session of this Community Information Session can be accessed via: de.gov/dnrecmeetings. Closed captioning in over 20 languages is available to attendees, including English and Spanish, via the Zoom platform. Questions and comments will be accepted at the in-person meeting or in writing in the virtual listening session. The Community Information Session is the Department’s platform that provides the public the opportunity to ask questions about this project. Questions and comments received at the Community Information Session are not part of the public hearing record. Please note that the Department will accept comments for consideration into the public hearing record as described in the information for the virtual hearing above.
