Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit: Robby Nichols, LLC

Robby Nichols, LLC has applied to the Commercial & Government Services Section for a new Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit which will allow for the transport of septage, holding tank waste, grease trap waste/cooking waste, and portable toilet waste, to be disposed of at Kent County Sanitary Sewer System.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice.
