Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit Renewals

Septic Masters, LLC has applied to the Commercial & Government Services Section for a renewal of Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit DE WH-1001 which allows for the transport of septage, and holding tank waste, to be disposed of at the Kent County Sewer System.

Freedom Drain Cleaning and Pipe Services LLC has applied to the Commercial & Government Services Section for a renewal of Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit DE WH-1002 which allows for the transport of septage, and grease trap waste/cooking oil waste, to be disposed of at the New Castle County Sewer System.

Clark’s Environmental Services, LLC (DBA Chesapeake Environmental Services LLC) has applied to the Commercial & Government Services Section for a renewal of Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit DE WH-213 which allows for the transport of septage, holding tank waste, grease trap waste/cooking oil waste, other non-hazardous liquid waste and portable toilet waste, to be disposed of at the Laurel Wastewater Treatment Facility, Kent County Sewer System, Perdue Farms, Seaford Wastewater Treatment Plant and various out of state facilities.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
