The City of Milford has applied to the Commercial & Government Services Section for a renewal of Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit DE OH-175 which allows for the transport of other non-hazardous liquid waste, from City manholes, sewer lines, storm drains, pump stations or appurtenances, to be disposed of at pump stations owned by the City of Milford.
A public hearing on the above will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request by 4:30 pm on June 01, 2023, or if the Secretary determines that a public hearing is in the public interest. A request for a hearing shall be in writing and shall state the nature of the issues to be raised at the hearing. It must also show familiarity with the application proposal and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
