Intelligent Choice Wastewater Solutions, LLC has applied to the Commercial and Government Services Section for a Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit to transport septage, holding tank waste and portable toilet waste, to be disposed of at the Kent County Sewer System.
