A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: USDA FSA Emerson Grain Bin and Grain Dryer (2021.0064)

The USDA, Farm Service Agency (FSA) is proposing to fund the construction of a grain storage bin and install a grain dryer on a property in Middletown, DE. Ground disturbance below the plow zone will be needed to pour a concrete foundation. The property is currently a farm-yard area with barns & existing grain facility and is located at 1035 Jamison Corner Rd, Middletown, DE 19709.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice.
