A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the DNREC Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) for the following: MC Farm Solar (2024.0020)

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development proposes to provide financial assistance for the construction of 154 ground mounted solar panels at MC Farm at 34314 Horsey Church Rd, Laurel, DE 19956. The proposed activity is subject to review for consistency under the policies of the DNREC DCMP.
