Notice has been given that:
1007 Market Condominium Association requests a Natural Minor permit modification to operate two (2) identical low NOx burners with flue gas recirculation (FGR) rated 23.8 MMBtu/hr each in the Cleaver Brooks (CB700X-600X) boilers identified as W-1 & W-2 at their 1007 N. Market Street in Wilmington, New Castle County facility. The boilers will be permitted to emit 1.6 TPY of PM10, 1.6 TPY of PM2.5, 6.5 TPY of NOx, 0.2 TPY of SOx, 17.0 TPY of CO, and 1.1 TPY of VOC by Permit: APC-2024/0070-OPERATION (Amendment 1) and Permit: APC-2024/0071-OPERATION(Amendment 1)
The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending June 9, 2025. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
