Notice has been given that:
Allen Harim Foods, LLC, requests an (operating) permit to construct or operate an existing ground grain ingredient bin with baghouse, with increased throughput of 390,000 tons per year, at their 20765 Wesley Church Road, Seaford, Sussex County facility. The ground grain ingredient bin will be permitted to emit 0.0012 TPY PM10 by Permit# APC-2015/0099-OPERATION (Amendment 1).
The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending January 29, 2024. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
