Notice has been given that:
Sky Petroleum Inc requests a Construction permit to construct a Stage I Vapor Recovery System at their 3100 Lancaster Avenue, Wilmington, Delaware 19805 facility which is located in New Castle County. The Stage I Vapor Recovery System will be permitted to prevent gasoline vapors from escaping the tank into the environment by Permit# APC-2023/4140.CI EVR.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending July 24th, 2023. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
