Notice has been given that:

Crossroads Land Tech, LLC, requests an Operation Permit for the operation of a portable concrete crushing system at 30548 Thorogood Road, Dagsboro, Sussex County, Delaware. The portable concrete crushing system, consisting of a 2021 Powerscreen PremierTrak R400X Jaw Crusher, a 2019 Powerscreen Warrior 1800 Scalping Screener and a Cross-Tech Stacker, will be permitted to emit 1.71 tpy of NOX, 0.12 tpy of SOX, 1.4 tpy of CO, 0.16 tpy of VOC, and 1.33 tpy of PM by Permit # APC-2022/0090-OPERATION. Zoning approval for this permit has been approved for a period of five years.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending September 26, 2022. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
