Notice has been given that:
Air Liquide Advanced Separations, requests a construction permit to construct a post-treatment vessel at their 305 Water Street, Newport, Delaware, New Castle County facility. The construction permit was requested for the modification of process tank TK5201T due to a process change from an aqueous-based operation to an organic solvent-based operation. The post-treatment vessel will be permitted to emit 0.006 pounds per hour and 0.03 ton per twelve (12) month rolling period of Total Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) by Permit# APC-2022/0085-CONSTRUCTION(VOC RACT).

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending Monday, June 13, 2022. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
