The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Waste and Hazardous Substances, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from the following companies to transport regulated RCRA hazardous waste and/or non-hazardous solid waste in, out of, or through the state of Delaware:

• ACV Environmental Services, Inc. (DE-HW-0339)
• Chesco Disposal, LLC (DE-SW-1907)
• First State Land Clearing LLC (DE-SW-2095)
• J & G Cruz Trucking LLC (DE-SW-2093)

The permit application submitted by each applicant, other than that information determined to be non-public under DNREC rules may be reviewed at dnrec.delaware.gov/dnrec-public-notices.

A public hearing concerning the applications will not be held unless the Secretary of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control receives a request for such hearing within fifteen (15) days from the date of this notice, ending 11/17/2024. A request for a hearing shall be in writing and must show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the activity’s probable impact.
