Code 1102 construction permit from Noramco Inc. to install a new vacuum pump in Plant 3 and add a new production line for the manufacturing of two new products, “D8” and “D9”, at their 500 Swedes Landing Road, New Castle County facility by Permit: APC-2023/0086-CONSTRUCTION (VOC RACT). (Docket # 2023-P-A-0018.)

A virtual listening session of this Community Information Session can be accessed via: de.gov/dnrecmeetings. Questions and comments will be accepted at the in-person meeting or in writing in the virtual listening session. The Community Information Session is the Department’s platform that provides the public the opportunity to ask questions about this project. Please note that the Department will accept comments for consideration into the public hearing record as described in the information for the virtual hearing above.
