Notice has been given that:

Agilent Technologies, Inc, requests 7 DE Admin. Code 1102 Natural Minor permit to construct a Baron Blakeslee Ultrasonic Batch Vapor Degreaser identifed as DG-4 at their Little Falls site located at 2850 Centerville Rd, Wilmington, New Castle County. The Baron Blakeslee Ultrasonic Batch Vapor Degreaser (DG-4) will be permitted to emit Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) by Permit# APC-2023/0068-CONSTRUCTION (VOC RACT).

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending April 3, 2023. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
