(CDI): Milton Farm site, Milton (2-35-14.00-1.00, 2-35-14.00-2.00, 2-35-14.00-3.00, 2-35-14.00-60.00); Ellendale Site (New Market), Ellendale (2-35-6.00-12.00); Harbeson Site, Harbeson (2-35-30.00-62.00); Brewery Wastewater only: Clean Delaware, Inc. in accordance with AGU 1202-S-03; Kent County Sewer System.

A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
