Project Description: Pinevale Leeward, LP has submitted an application for an Operating Permit for an On-site Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System for the Pinevale Park Model RV Community. The system has been designed to accommodate 11,500 gallons per day of domestic wastewater generated by 154 sites and consists of 1 trash tank, 2 sedimentation tanks, 5 pre-treatment tanks, 5 Purasys treatment units, 1 dosing tank, and 5 drip dispersal areas for disposal.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on November 12, 2026. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
