DCAM, LLC – To modify an existing docking facility in Slaughter Creek adjacent to Slaughter Beach Road, Milford, Sussex County, DE.

DNREC – Division of Fish & Wildlife – To modify an existing docking facility in the Murderkill River at 90 Murderkill Avenue, Frederica, Kent County, DE.

Christopher Conover and Anna Finn – To construct a wetland walkway in state-regulated wetlands and to modify an existing docking facility in Vines Creek at 106 Vines Lane, Dagsboro, Sussex County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
