Project Description: CE Mispillion III, LP proposes to install approximately two hundred and eight linear feet (208 LF) of one-and-one-four-inch (1-1/4”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, two hundred and three linear feet (203 LF) of two inch (2”) diameter of sanitary sewer force main, ten (10) grinder pumps and related appurtenances to serve 40 existing single-family dwellings located at 1001-1406 Mispillion III Apartments, Milford, DE 19963. The proposed force main will connect to Kent County Regional Resource Recovery Facility.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on October 29, 2026. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
