Project Description: Atlantic Holdings Group/Atlantic Site Construction proposes to install approximately four thousand one hundred and twelve linear feet (4,112 LF) of six-inch (6”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, eight thousand one hundred and forty-nine linear feet (8,149 LF) of eight-inch (8”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, six (6) flygt submersible pumps and related appurtenances to serve a proposed pump station located at Willow Grove Road, Camden, DE 19934. The proposed force main will connect to Kent County Regional Resource Recovery Facility.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on October 1, 2026. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
