MHC Mariner’s Cove LLC c/o Jonathan Goldberg – To modify an existing boat ramp in Mariner’s Cove Community Marina Lagoon connecting to the Rehoboth Bay at 35356 Sussex Lane, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.
Louis Hirst – To utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal at 20650 Canal Road, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE.
DNREC Division of Fish and Wildlife – Becks Pond – To construct a fishing pier in Becks Pond, adjacent to 799 Salem Church Rd, Newark, New Castle County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
